Pivoting the Product

We were brought in to overhaul the MVP, UX/UI, manage, and advise the company for launch and beyond. What we discovered was a product that needed a lot of refinement, that was severely challenged with its CX and needed to pivot its feature set to appeal to potential consumers.

After realignment, we created a signature “Wurrly” experience by creating a distinct interface concept that defined the core user experience of how to create a “Wurrly.”
